Tart and earthy berries make up this Black Currant Conserve. Good on toast, in cakes, and with ice cream.

The Wilkin family has been farming in Tiptree Essex since 1757, and started making these preserves in 1885. They grow most of their produce and prepare all of their preserves on the farm.
